This refreshing sparkling wine is a non vintage blend of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.

The Chardonnay is aged in barrel for a short period, adding subtle complexity and depth. The wine is then blended, allowed to settle and carbonated, creating a slightly serious but fun fizzy wine.

The Sauce Range is sourced from likeminded growers who always farm organically or biodynamically.
