Felix Caspar Wines 2025 "Bobbles" Petillant Naturel

A pink and pretty pét-nat made entirely from whole-bunch pressed Merlot grown in Margaret River. Fragrant with rose water and white strawberry, it is intensely saline and mineral on the palate. The bubbles are plump and vibrant, delivering excellent energy and refreshment. Highly drinkable with real interest and lift.

Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, then wild fermented in old oak barrels and bottled to finish fermentation.

Variety: Merlot

Let it stand up straight in the fridge for a few days. Serve nice and cold straight from the fridge. OPEN WITH CAUTION.
