Felix Caspar Wines 2024 "Ida" Chenin Blanc

Organically farmed in Margaret River, this Chenin Blanc is bright and textured. Hazy green apple and nashi pear, lifted by lemon, lime and a saline mineral core. Notes of alpine herbs and sage add complexity.

The palate is plush yet vibrant, with a dry, precise and refreshing finish. A classic expression of Chenin Blanc that balances energy and texture beautifully.

Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, then wild fermented in old oak barrels. Aged on oak for 12 months prior to bottling unfiltered and unfined, with minimal sulphur.
