The Sauce Range is sourced from likeminded growers who always farm organically or biodynamically.
The Fizz is a non vintage blend of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Chardonnay aged in barrel for a short period. The wine is then blended, allowed to settle and carbonated creating a slightly serious but fun fuzzy wine.
