Si Vintners 2022 Halcyon Vineyard Pinot Noir

This Halcyon Pinot Noir is a biodynamically certified red wine. It is a 100% Pinot Noir sourced from Halcyon block planted in 1978.

Fruits were harvested on acid levels in order to have a natural acidity. Hand-picked grapes fermented with 20% whole bunches and aged for 12 months in mature French oak. Whole bunches for texture and aroma, creating a fruit lift.

This Pinot Noir offers a fresh, smooth profile with bright red fruits, subtle earthy undertones and supple tannins.
