The Sauce Range is sourced from likeminded growers who always farm organically or biodynamically.
This Grenache is sourced from the Swan Valley. After destemming, it undergoes fermentation on skins for less than two weeks. Following fermentation, the wine is pressed into stainless steel and oak vessels. It is then bottled after a short period to preserve its freshness and fruit flavors. This versatile wine is the perfect complement to any dinner table. Enjoy it chilled, at room temperature, or however you prefer!
