LS Merchants 2026 Fools Gold Pét-Nat

This fine fizz was made from Sauvignon Blanc grown on LS Merchants’ home block in Treeton, and a splash of Gewürztraminer.

It was fermented in stainless steel with naturally occurring yeast. Unfined, unfiltered and no added sulphur. A little harmless sediment may remain.

Think passionfruit, gooseberry, tangerine, lychee, lemon and lime. Juicy, dry and ridiculously slurpable.

Let it stand up straight in the fridge for a few days. Serve nice and cold straight from the fridge. OPEN WITH CAUTION.
