LS Merchants 2026 Fools Gold Pét-Nat

This fine fizz was made from Sauvignon Blanc grown on LS Merchants’ home block in Treeton, and a splash of Gewürztraminer.

It was fermented in stainless steel with naturally occurring yeast. Unfined, unfiltered and no added sulphur. A little harmless sediment may remain.

Think passionfruit, gooseberry, tangerine, lychee, lemon and lime. Juicy, dry and ridiculously slurpable.

Let it stand up straight in the fridge for a few days. Serve nice and cold straight from the fridge. OPEN WITH CAUTION.

這款精緻氣泡酒以 Sauvignon Blanc 釀製，並加入少量 Gewürztraminer。帶有熱情果、醋栗、柑橘、荔枝、檸檬及青檸的香氣與風味；口感多汁、乾爽，是一款令人回味的氣泡酒。

搭配沙律及新鮮綠色蔬菜，能呼應酒款天然的酸度與柑橘調性。亦適合配搭香辣風味的海鮮，例如辣椒蒜蓉炒老虎蝦。

建議把酒瓶直立放入雪櫃冷藏。飲用時直接從雪櫃取出，凍冰冰飲最好。開瓶時要小心！
