The Si Vintners Lello is textural, citrus and fresh. It is a natural, 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Margaret River.
It is hand-picked and destemmed before a small portion undergoes skin contact fermentation for approximately 3-4 weeks, resulting in a light orange style wine.
The Sauce Range is sourced from likeminded growers who always farm organically or biodynamically.
