LS Merchants 2025 Frankland River Riesling

This off‑dry Riesling came from Matt Swinney’s vineyard in Frankland River. The fruit was picked in the cool morning, then spent around 18 hours on skins before pressing. It aged on fine lees for 9 months before bottling, bringing acid, phenolics and a touch of residual sugar into a seriously satisfying balance.

Expect orange blossom, lemon and lime rind, bath salts and concentrated citrus fruit. Bright and mouth‑watering, with a little sweetness that keeps you reaching for another sip. Perfect with spicy food, cheese or something sweet.
