Felix Caspar Wines 2025 "Pippa" Chardonnay

Bright, textural and gently creamy. Lemon curd, white peach and crisp pear are lifted by fresh, medium-plus acidity that keeps the wine lively and precise. The palate is silky and lightly rounded, with subtle oak influence that never weighs it down.

Citrus blossom, almond meal, soft spice and a clean mineral thread add finesse and quiet depth. The finish is long, refreshing and subtly savoury, with lingering citrus, stone fruit and delicate nutty-mineral notes.

Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, then wild fermented in old oak barrels. Aged on oak for 12 months prior to bottling unfiltered and unfined, with minimal sulphur.
