Si Vintners 2024 Ada

The 2024 Ada is a 100% Gingin clone Chardonnay. The Gingin clone, which is known for its concentrated fruit flavours balanced by vibrant natural acidity, is a heritage selection of Chardonnay brought to Western Australia in 1957.

This Chardonnay is hand-picked and whole bunch pressed. It is made in a classic Margaret River style — the juice undergoes fermentation: 20% in new oak and 80% in seasoned oak barriques. The wine is aged in barrel for a year before bottling, showcasing a traditional expression of Margaret River Chardonnay.

It features stone fruit and citrus flavours, complemented by the complexity from oak.
