2023 Nebbiolo

Big and brooding with healthy doses of tannins and an earthy undercurrent, but as pale coloured as a pinot! A wine with a bit of swagger.

Nebbiolo is only grown in Western Australia in small amounts and closely guarded. It’s worth decanting, and enjoyed with your finest Italian feast. Cherries, campari, herbs and spice, with a chalky structure that craves a dinner table experience.

As with any rare varietal such as this, we only made 500L in a single barrel. Don’t snooze on it.
