LS Merchants 2023 Nebbiolo

Nebbiolo is a grape full of contradictions: big and brooding, with healthy doses of tannin and an earthy undercurrent, yet as pale as a Pinot.

It is grown only in small quantities in WA and is difficult to get hold of. This release comes from Mark Jolliffe’s vineyard in Wilyabrup.

Think cherries, Campari, herbs and spice, with a chalky structure that craves a place at the dinner table. Decant it, gather your finest Italian feast and settle in.

Nebbiolo 擁有明亮的酸度與細緻結構，特別適合搭配鮮味濃郁的慢燉肉醬意粉(Ragù)、烤牛排或漢堡：濃郁的牛肉或羊肉能柔化酒中緊實的單寧。搭配烤鴨、鵪鶉等禽類，則能襯托 Nebbiolo 的淡雅色澤與芳香複雜度。
