A distinctly personal take on Margaret River Cabernet. Soft and approachable yet supported by fine, persistent tannins. Pure, dark and inky, with ripe plum and blackberry fruit layered with charry spice, dark chocolate, liquorice and a hint of chamomile. A touch of cigar box and savoury character adds depth. Intense yet highly drinkable — an effortless, characterful Cabernet.

Hand-picked and wild fermented in open concrete fermentation tanks. Basket pressed and aged on oak for 12 months prior to bottling unfined with minimal sulphur.
